Information you choose to provide

The contact form asks for your name, email address, company or organization, service of interest and message. A phone number is optional. Please do not include confidential documents, financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How enquiries are handled

We use the details you submit to understand and respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant services and maintain correspondence with you.

The website does not store enquiry contents in an application database. When delivery is enabled, the form sends your details through Resend to our company mailbox. Copies may be retained by the email delivery service and in our mailbox under their service settings and our business correspondence practices. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Technical information and abuse prevention

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to operate and secure the website. The form uses validation, a hidden spam field and rate limiting.

When the form is enabled, temporary rate-limit counters are kept in Upstash Redis using a keyed hash of your IP address. These counters expire after 10 minutes and contain no names, email addresses or enquiry messages. We do not intentionally write enquiry bodies to application logs.

Analytics and cookies

Advertising and visitor analytics are disabled. This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Hosting or access-protection services may use essential security cookies. We will update this statement before introducing analytics or other tracking that changes how your information is used.

Service providers and processing locations

Hosting, email delivery, mailbox and security providers process information as needed to provide their services. Information may be processed outside Canada depending on provider infrastructure and configuration. We do not sell your enquiry information.

Retention and your choices

We retain correspondence only for as long as needed to manage the enquiry, related business discussions and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction or request deletion, subject to any obligations to retain it.
